Since I am results-driven and offer a performance guarantee, my first step is to understand what you need to accomplish, and then evaluate if I (or we, if I bring in a team) can do it. So I start with an initial in-person evaluation with the ultimate decision-maker/stakeholder in the project. I do not charge you for this initial consultation.
