I've launched a Mastermind, and I want amazing women to fill it.
A Mastermind is "a group of peers that meet regularly to leverage the collective business intelligence and wisdom of the group."
How it works: A handful of savvy businesswomen get together monthly in an open and supportive, non-competitive environment to share thoughts, cross fertilise ideas, share knowledge and expertise; offer advice and give feedback to improve each other's business.
What will we actually DO?

Because the mastermind taps into collected knowledge, you can see that it isn't for just anyone... it's for people who want to share and in turn, receive. This is not a throwaway commitment - maybe come one month and not the next – this is for women who want to be held accountable and see REAL results. You can come test the mastermind out once, but after that, you need to commit to the group. More on that later.

Who's it good for?

- You hold yourself accountable for your actions and words
- You're punctual, reliable & can bear to turn off your BlackBerry/iphone/other for 3 hours once a month ;)
