Practices: The MIVISTA approach centers on principles of learning-by-doing and active participation. Using enjoyable, interactive techniques, I foster organizational buy-in for strategy, process and goals. My scope of work varies from creating and leading strategic “deep-dives” all the way to tactical skills development – and many things in between. If it involves getting people together to reach a goal, I make it effective, engaging and fun.
