The Socratic Method is a way of teaching people using leading questions in a logical sequence. In this day and age, with our increasing ADD, using the Socratic Method is a great way to keep people active in the learning process, so they don't get bored or lose concentration. 

I use many principles from the Socratic Method in my Seminars and Workshops because – unlike other teaching methods – I find that people really internalize what they "discover" and "invent," rather than what they just hear or see.
