Something we really love to do is incorporate techniques from improvisational theater into our repertoire. Using improv and role play techniques, we are able to practice and prepare people for difficult situations.
For example, we might use role play in sales training to develop and test active listening skills or to help salespeople tailor their approach based on a prospect's personality type and preferences.
This approach works particularly well with our team building, communications and personality typing workshops.
We studied improv with a Miami Theater called Just The Funny, Miami's Home for Improv and Sketch Comedy, and also from Interactive Training Solutions, which was founded and is run by David Suarez with whom we often partner.

MIVISTA is based in Miami, Florida, but we travel nationally and internationally to facilitate seminars, moderate panels, deliver presentations and lead workshops.
